Loyal Source Government Services is looking to hire qualified FNP to work as civilian contractors at the Reynolds Army Health Clinic, (RAHC) in   Fort Sill, OK. You will be working as a civilian contractor. Must have a current, unrestricted licensure in ANY STATE, territory or commonwealth of the United States, District of Columbia, Virgin Islands, Guam or Puerto Rico. This opportunity is working in a Government facility.



  • Master' s or Doctorate degree from an accredited school.
  • Appropriate license from a United States jurisdiction that allows for the independent practice of clinical services.
  • Shall be a graduate of an accredited National League of Nursing (NLN) school.
  • Maintain a current certification as a Nurse Practitioner from the American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANC).
  • Must have a BCLS certification
  • Shall be required to meet Continuing Medical Education (CME) requirements
  • Shall be a U.S. Citizen or otherwise meet the requirements of AR 25-2.



  • Possess and maintain a current Drug Enforcement Administration registration number certificate to prescribe medication.
  • Have a minimum of two years of experience within the last three years routinely practicing as a nurse practitioner in rendering primary care medicine (i.e. family practice, general medicine, internal medicine.)
  • Have and maintain a valid, unrestricted license in one of the 50 states in the U.S. or the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
  • Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) required training for the position in which they will perform, and that training currency is maintained. Documentation of such training shall be provided to the Contracting Officer' s Representative (COR).


Scope of Work:

  • Maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance at all times.
  • Shall be capable of performing the full range of general medical services to include the ability and experience to adequately diagnose and treat urgent/acute diseases and injuries.
  • Must become familiar with the MTF formulary and prescribe pharmaceuticals according to the availability of drugs listed therein.
  • Shall receive a general physical examination prior to commencement of services.
  • Work shift will include the following:
    • Monday through Friday, 7: 30 am – 4: 30 pm (excluding Federal holidays), may be asked to cover Saturday clinic periodically
