About the Position
Candidates should have experience in medium to large size projects such as office buildings, mid and high rises, commercial and industrial design, preferably in a consulting engineering firm environment.
Provide direction, coordination, planning, and completion of engineering projects.
Communicate with clients to understand project requirements.
Plan and formulate engineering program and organize project staff according to project requirements.
Perform analysis and design of structural systems for all types of buildings and materials using various building codes.
Manage project design and deliverables as was well as other design team members, supervise the work of engineers and modelers, and direct project staff in preparing contract documents such as drawings and specifications.
Understand and track financial information related to the project.
Bachelor’ s Degree in Civil, Structural Engineering or related field
Professional Engineer (P.E.)
5 – 10 years of design experience
Working knowledge of current industry software, including RAM, Risa3-D, STAAD, Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.

About the Position
Project Manager for land development projects throughout Southwest Florida
Help lead and manage a development team of engineers and designers to design, permit, and construct projects.
What’ s expected of you:
Hard working, detail oriented, and technically sound with engineering principles & practices.
Permitting experience with local agencies.
Highly motivated to progress in career path with a growing firm.
Able to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
Engineering expertise in water & wastewater distribution systems, surface water management systems, drainage systems, roadways, and other similar land development related design.
Preparation of engineering permits, plans, and technical specifications.
Effectively process multiple permitting entitlements across a variety of governmental agencies.
Provide engineering services related to construction activities and project certifications.
Management of project team & client relationships including contract procurement, contract administration, and project coordination throughout the duration of the project.
6 – 15 years of civil engineering experience with land development projects.
Bachelor’ s degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience with construction plan preparation for utility, stormwater, and land development/site design for local governmental agencies.
AutoCAD/Civil 3D experience preferred.
Engineering programs such as ICPR, StormCAD, & WaterCAD.
