Position Description:
  • Assumes responsibility for the accurate and efficient performance of all Business Development functions.
  • Drives activities in a manner that increases brand awareness, product presence and revenue generation for all products and services.
  • Improve market share within existing clients by increasing headcount/seats, obtaining more favorable contract terms thus driving higher revenue for the business.
  • Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with recruiting team members, Company associates, and with management.
  • Keeps managers and team well informed of progress and sales activities.
  • Makes independent judgments and choices consistent with company policies and goals.
  • Utilize effective consultative sales and servicing strategies to manage and cultivate new business opportunities for the development of long-term business partnerships while creating superior value for our clients
  • Achieve and maintain monthly sales goals

  • Excellent communication and listening skills; able to demonstrate a high level of tact, discretion and diplomacy while dealing with confidential and sensitive information
  • High comfort level with ambiguity and entrepreneurship; open to change, learning, and improvement
  • Track record of success in high growth, fast paced, and quickly changing environments
  • Bachelor’ s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • MS Office knowledge especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Sales and/or recruiting experience preferably in healthcare
