This is a very senior level position within the firm.  The person will oversee the entire Rail & Transit business unit and drive strategy across the US.

About the Position:

 

  • The National Rail & Transit Sector Manager directs and oversees the assignments, activities, and resources of the Rail & Transit sector housed within the Intermodal client-facing Business Unit (BU).

  • Provides leadership, direction and guidance to project directors and managers within the Rail & Transit sector to ensure proper execution of projects.

  • Actively works with both business unit directors, managers and sales directors to develop and implement strategy and to identify opportunities for staffing projects, pursuits, and to encourage cross-selling.

  • Ultimately responsible for client relations, quality control and safety, and financial performance for the assigned sector.

  • Typically, responsible for annual revenues over $15M.


Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor' s degree in Engineering. Post-graduate degree preferred. Management coursework and/or MBA a plus.

  • 20 years of experience with at least 5 years in a senior operating management position.

  • Licensed P.E.
