This individual should be a highly motivated, strategic thinker who can track multiple projects at the portfolio level and zoom in to the tactical level when needed. The technical program manager must be extremely organized, with solid strategic planning, resource allocation and measurement skills. They must able to balance competing priorities, have demonstrated solid project management experience, and approach challenges with flexibility and a positive attitude. They must also be a strong communicator and, above all else, a problem-solver and collaborator.

  • Track all phases of Program Management Lifecycle, includes functional/technical design, quality strategy, implementation plan, tracking, iterative delivery, release readiness, documentation and cross team training. 

  • Provide unbiased, timely and crisp status reports to related stakeholders that includes scope, schedule, quality risks and any key trade offs needed to complete objectives.

  • Manage and adjust project priorities, resource allocation, cross team dependencies in a dynamic environment.

  • Continued enhancement of project management processes, operating models and tooling to increase efficiency

  • Track and report software capitalization projects for Connect projects to Finance

  • Perform project evaluations and transform lessons learned to actionable items and implement improvements.

  • Manage the portfolio of development projects; tracking project status, deliverables against milestones and commitments.

  • Manage development resource allocation across projects in the portfolio

  • Track project risks; work with team members and management to remove impediments, proactively notify stakeholders of project changes.

  • Track SOWs, project requirements and inter-project dependencies.



  • Solid Project management and tracking for commercial software products; no less than 10 years experience as Project Management Professional at least 1 year experience as Scrum Master

  • Bachelor' s degree in computer science, engineering or experience in a related technical discipline

  •   Ability to crisply articulate project status at executive level and team level verbally and in program dashboards and reports

  • Ability to work independently; self-motivated; self-starter. Knows how to dig in, do research, pull information together and drive issues to resolution.

  • Excellent project planning skills; can drive team through all stages of project initiation, concept, high level planning, detail planning to build project plan/release plan including interim milestones

  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously involving cross functional teams

  • Can provide examples of introducing new PGM concepts to teams; templates, processes, tooling, methodologies

  • Detail oriented; strives for excellence of quality and accuracy of data in all deliverables

  • Strong teamwork; team building skills ability to influence; builds relationships/community within teams

  • High energy; Desire to constantly learn; thrives in changing and dynamic environment

  • Knowledge of professional software engineering practices for the full software development life cycle,

  • Experience in release management; change control and quality assurance processes in commercial software releases and delivery

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Travel - 10 - 15%




  • JIRA & Confluence experience

  • PMP desired (if not certified; plan/desire to be certified)

  • CSM desired (if not certified; agile scrum development experience expected)

  • Experience with micro service/SOA architecture, AWS or Public cloud experience

  • Billing, Payment, Commerce, Platform system/app experience

  • Experience with Rapid release; multiple release trains

  • Prior experience as a software developer
